I hate numbers and I would very much prefer to allow a trusted financial planner/insurance agent to handle my portfolios. I met Nicole through my very good friend back in 2013/2014. It was at a time when my insurance agents from another insurance company kept changing every few months and I could not fathom who was truly handling my portfolios. There was much anxiety on my part and I was becoming increasingly jaded about insurance agents per se. It seemed to me that I was just a means to their end of earning commissions and no one truly cared after I had bought the policies. Then came Nicole who was a much needed refreshing change. I have known Nicole for at least 7-8 years, and I have no hesitation at all to recommend my friends to speak with her. Words are cheap so the fact that I have purchased more than several policies from her over the years (for both myself and my wife) speaks volume of the trust and faith I have placed in her role as a financial advisor. I met Nicole in 2002 or 2003 at road show at Suntec. I was there for a PC show primarily. I walked past the booth and Nicole happened to be there and we chatted. Nicole introduced some products out of which I took up the savings policy with come coverage. Prior to crossing path with Nicole, I did not have good impressions of Insurance Agents because I could not sense their sincerity when they tried to sell their products to me, and they were pushy as they tried to convince me to sign up for these policies. However, with Nicole, she was very different. She was, and still is, friendly and nice to converse with. Importantly, she was not pushy and she did not come across as someone who just wanted to close a deal. I could feel there was sincerity in her while she introduced her products. I was comfortable to sign up the first of my policies with her. Many years have passed since and whenever I feel the need to consult Nicole on my needs, she will be ever ready to advice and offer available options and policies for myself and children. Even with claims, Nicole made things easy for me, and I believe I had been relieved of much hassle. I am glad and fortunate that in Nicole, I have a trustworthy professional and friend whom I can trust and rely on when it comes to planning for life. And this is also the reason that I have no need for other Insurance Agents or Financial Consultants to plan for my life’s needs.
